starvation diet

What is starvation diet?
It is a diet where people either eats very small portions of food with very little amount of calories or basically nothing at all.
So what HAPPEN!!! If people follow starvation diet, it will basically cause your body feeling not full. Hence, your body will sense starvation so when your body sense that you are torturing it without consuming anything, your metabolism rate will slows down causing your body to store fat. Thus, instead of losing weight you are actually gaining.
In order to overcome this starvation diet problem, you have to first.....
1. Change Nutritional Compositions
By changing the nutritional compositions your body will not sense your starvation. This process will speed up our metabolisms rate which will burn off your excess fats in the body.
What it mean by changing nutritional composition?
It mean by changing the type of food you are consuming in your body. Food types must be large in portion and are very low in calories.
Ok. Here is your list of food types that will increase your metabolisms rate
Food Types
Vegetables: Lettuce, Green Beans, String beans, Mushrooms, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Tomato, Pickles, Onions, Turnips, Corns, Garlic, Kale, Spinach and Scallions.
Fruits: Apples, Cherries, Cranberries, Blueberries, Currants, Fruit Salad, Grapes, Honeydew, Kiwi, Prunes, Pineapple, Raspberries, Strawberries, Watermelon, Mango, Oranges, Papaya, Pears and Pomegranates.
